With the blessing of His Grace Irinej, Bishop of Washington–New York and Eastern America of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Mission Parish of Saints Cyril and Methodius was established in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts in 2023.

As a youthful and vibrant community, we aim to glorify Christ through our worship and also preserve our Serbian heritage through educational and cultural programs.

Са великом радошћу и благодарношћу Богу, обавештавамо вас да је успешно завршено закључење куповине црквене имовине у Мидлфилду. Парохија Светих Кирила и Методија званично је постала власник новог храма и парохијског дома, чиме започиње ново и благословено поглавље у животу наше заједнице.

Овај дуго очекивани и молитвено припреман корак остварен је Божијом вољом, као и захваљујући љубави, пожртвованости и великодушности наших парохијана и добротвора. Са вером и надом гледамо у будућност и радујемо се заједничком труду на уређењу нове црквене имовине и наставку духовног раста наше парохије.

With great joy and gratitude to God, we are happy to share that we have officially closed on the Middlefield church property. The Sts. Cyril and Methodius Serbian Orthodox Parish has successfully purchased this new home for our growing community. This is a historic and prayerfully awaited milestone in the life of our parish, made possible through God’s grace and the love, dedication, and generosity of our faithful. We look forward to beginning this new chapter together and will share more details in the coming weeks as we prepare the property for worship and parish life.
